Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 7 July 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
IMS Suite (the "Service") is provided by Computech Business Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with Computech Business Solutions. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. The Service
IMS Suite is a cloud-based integrated management system for ISO and related standards — including document control, risks, CAPA, audits, training, and an AI compliance copilot. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
4. Account & credentials
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose;
- send spam, phishing, malware or other harmful content;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- circumvent technical limits, plan quotas, or access controls;
- resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, documentation, branding, templates, content packs and AI-generated guidance shipped by us, is and remains the property of Computech Business Solutions and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have purchased. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service to you.
8. Payment, subscriptions, tax & refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing frequency, applicable taxes, invoicing and cancellations are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, force majeure events, or urgent security actions may temporarily affect availability.
10. AI features
The Service includes generative AI features (the "AI Copilot"). AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for qualified professional advice (legal, regulatory, medical, financial). You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before relying on them, for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit, and for how you use the outputs. You must not use the AI features to generate unlawful content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to jailbreak the model. We may filter, restrict or refuse outputs, and remove content or suspend accounts for repeated or serious violations. Rights holders may contact us at sales@computech.gr to report infringement.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable window, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
12. Warranties & liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
15. Assignment & force majeure
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
