1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. We also use similar technologies such as local storage. This notice explains how IMS Suite uses them and how you can control them.
2. Categories we use
- Essential. Required to sign in, keep you signed in, and remember your organization, language and theme preferences. The service cannot function without them.
- Analytics. Limited product analytics to understand which features are used and how to improve the experience. Aggregated, no advertising IDs.
- Payments. When you check out, our payment provider (Paddle) sets cookies necessary for the checkout and fraud prevention.
3. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies at any time via your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the platform.

See our Privacy Notice for the categories of subprocessors we use, including our payment provider Paddle acting as Merchant of Record.
5. Changes
We may update this notice; material changes are notified in-app or by email.
